Policies and Fees

At Stay the Spa, we prioritize your spa experience and tailor our treatments specifically for you. Your business means the world to us, and we kindly request your cooperation with our scheduling policies.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Please note that all booking deposits are non-refundable if within the 24 hours’ of the scheduled appointment. For reservations involving three or more treatments or for groups of three or more, we kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice.
